Happy New Year 2009- my goals

This year, we decided to stay in which is very unlike us. I rented some movies and we made dinner and had a time with just the 3 of us. it was nice. The next day on NYD, I got up and went in to the gym to work out.

You see, my goal for last year was to lose 50 lbs, and I did it! yea for me. My goal for this year, is to lose 35 lbs, but I would love to lose 45 total. At that point, I will be at a really good weight for my age, height and bone structure. I don't plan on being one of those skinny unhealthy people. No, I am doing this right diet, exercise, and etc. I am going to work on getting more sleep as well. I have gotten approval by my doctor to drink a little more fluid. So, hopefully that will help me lose some weight. It's difficult with my Meniere's...but all I can do is put in the work and hope that my body feels like cooperating.

The new Gold's Gym just opened by my house, so I've started going there every day. It will be a good thing to be able to go to the gym every day (instead of having to work out at home). Angela also got a membership there. So, hopefully we can work out together at least a couple times a week. It's always a lot more fun to work out with a buddy than alone.

I am also giving myself a semester off of school to try to get centered again and get healthy. I am excited to see if I can do this. I need to learn to focus on me sometimes. Maybe I will get something good to come out of this crappy economy after all. I guess we can only wait and see. I am also excited to have a litle more time with Tiffany.
